Intervention

an imageSince coming back from Rwanda Carl Wilkens has traveled the U.S advocating intervention in places such as the Congo, Sudan, and Darfur. In Rwanda he witnessed how the international community and the UN were not able to protect the people of Rwanda. He seeks emphasis that not just UN forces are needed but anybody and everybody is needed, as a single person can make a huge difference. Wilkens promotes international cooperation in fighting genocides with all nations doing what is needed to protect the innocent. Wilkens continues his efforts in aiding many genocide stricken nations.
